An apology for absence was received from Mrs E H Denningberg.

DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS

Personal interests were declared by Dr. A Newton – planning application WA02/1158 (B1), Mrs E Sims – planning application WA02/0962 (A1), Mrs J Hopkinson – planning application WA02/0962 (A1) and Mr M R Goodridge – planning application WA02/1041 (B2). Mr M R Goodridge also declared a prejudicial interest in planning application WA02/1041 (A1).

RESOLVED that the applications for planning permission, as set out in the Schedule attached, be determined as shown in column 3 thereof and that the decisions of the Director of Planning and Development set out in Schedule C, be noted.
