Your Committee has been advised of the progress of the Fundamental Service Reviews (FSRs) of the meals-on-wheels and disabled adaptation services being undertaken during the financial year 2000/2001.

MONITORING REPORT ON FUNDAMENTAL SERVICE REVIEW IN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Your Committee has received the regular monitoring report on the FSRs under way in Planning and Development.

FUNDAMENTAL SERVICE REVIEWS IN LEGAL SERVICES (INCLUDING LOCAL LAND CHARGES) AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Your Committee has received progress updates on the FSRs in Legal Services and Facilities Management since the previous Committee, including updates on benchmarking, teleconomy and the mystery shopper exercise.

THE COUNCIL’S PERFORMANCE PLAN FOR 2001/2002

Your Committee has approved the content of the Summary to the Waverley Best Value Performance Plan, to be entitled Wavelength, and authorised the Chief Executive to take all necessary steps, after consultation with the Committee Chairman, to ensure the Performance Plan is published to meet the Statutory timetable.
