Following the decision of your Sub-Committee on 16th November last that the premises should retain its previously agreed closing time of 11.00 pm on Thursday evenings, your Sub-Committee noted that an appeal to the Magistrates against this decision had been allowed.

Your Sub-Committee considered, with the press and public excluded, two applications for hackney carriage/private hire driver's licences. After giving consideration to the applications and interviewing the applicants, your Sub-Committee has granted these licences.
