Draft Recommendations
The Executive is recommended to RECOMMEND the Council that
1. the principal heads of terms be revised to take into account the revised premium and share of commercial overage agreed with Nicholson Estates in joint venture with Sainsbury’s Property Company;
2. the Council proceed to put in place the Development Agreement and Headlease.
