A. APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO OPERATE A RIDING ESTABLISHMENT
[Wards Affected: Farnham Weybourne & Badshot Lea]

Your Sub-Committee considered the application and agreed to grant a temporary licence to operate a Riding Establishment in respect of premises at Kiln Cottage Stables, Badshot Farm Lane, Farnham. The temporary licence to run from the applicant’s acquisition of the property to 24th February 2006.

B. APPLICATION FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE/PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER'S LICENCE

Your Sub-Committee considered, with the press and public excluded, an application for a hackney carriage/private hire driver's licence and after interviewing the applicant your Sub-Committee granted the licence.

Your Sub-Committee considered, with the press and public excluded, allegations of incidents resulting in complaints against a hackney carriage/private hire driver and after interviewing the driver your Sub-Committee revoked the licence.
