GAMBLING ACT 2005 FEES
FEES SET AT 60% OF MAXIMUM
Waverley as the Local Licensing Authority at present proposes the following fees as shown in bold type in the table below. For ease of reference the maximum fees identified by DCMS that could be charged are shown in brackets. The proposal is to set fees less than the maximum, at 60%. Those licences/permits which are likely to be sought in Waverley are for betting shops, shown with an asterisk, although it is necessary to set the full list of fees in order to be prepared for future applications as and when these may arise.
