APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Your Sub-Committee has considered applications for planning permission, as listed in the agenda for its meeting on 3rd October 2001 and has dealt with these in accordance with the approved Scheme of Delegation.
Erection of extensions and alterations to form a chalet bungalow at 5 Fullers Road, Rowledge, Farnham
Your Sub-Committee has noted information on Public Inquiry Arrangements for its planning appeals.
Your Sub-Committee has noted reports on the current situation regarding enforcement and related action previously authorised.
Enforcement – The Packhouse, Tongham Road, Farnham
Your Sub-Committee has considered an (Exempt) report on this matter and has
(1) agreed that the matter be deferred until its January 2002 meeting and that the officers advise the the owner of The Packhouse of the Committee’s instructions regarding implementation of previously approved modifications; and
(2) instructed the officers regarding service of a Breach of Condition Notice in respect of land opposite the site.
