Having given consideration to the details set out in the report and interviewing the applicant, who was supported by his solicitor, the Sub-Committee

RESOLVED that the licensee be formally reprimanded for what he admitted was his unacceptable behaviour; on this occasion his hackney carriage/private hire driver licence be renewed with the reminder that he has a duty to behave responsibly at all times and report immediately to the Licensing Officer any incident that involved the police.
The meeting commenced at 7.20 p.m. and concluded at 8.52 p.m.
