MATTERS THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED WHEN ASSESSING TECHNICAL CAPACITY
SERVICE CONTRACTS
·
Educational and professional qualifications, particularly those of the firm’s managerial staff and those persons who will be responsible for carrying out the works/services.
·
Supplies or services delivered to other recipients, public or private in the past three years i.e. dates, values and evidence from purchasers of satisfactory delivery.
·
Statement of the firm’s annual average manpower and the number of managerial staff for the last three years.
·
Tools, plant and technical equipment available to the contractor for carrying out the work, irrespective of whether they belong to the firm or not.
·
The firm’s ability, in particular their skills, efficiency, experience and reliability.
·
Indication of the technicians or technical bodies involved, whether or not belonging to the firm, especially those responsible for quality control.
·
Special checks carried out by or on behalf of a contracting authority or national body in respect of the supply of complex special services.
·
Certificates of quality assurance standards (BS 5750 or equivalent, EN45000 ISO 9000) proportion proposed for subcontracting.
·
Measures for ensuring quality and the firm’s study and research facilities.
