The Minutes of the Meeting held on 16th November 2005 were confirmed and signed.

53. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE (Agenda Item 2)

Apologies for absence were received from Mr M H W Band, Mr P Betlem, Mr D R Gallacher and Mr K T Reed. Mr R J Gates and Mr P B Isherwood attended as substitutes.

55. APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION (Agenda Item 6)

RESOLVED that the applications for planning permission, as set out in the Schedule attached, be determined as shown in column 3 thereof and that the decisions of the Director of Planning and Development set out in Schedule C be noted.
