The Minutes of the Meeting held on 13th July 2005 were confirmed and signed.

APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND SUBSTITUTES

Apologies for absence were received from Mrs E Cable and Mr R J Gates. Mr M H W Byham attended as substitute.

DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS
(Agenda Item 3)
The following interests were declared:-
Dr J F A Blowers declared a personal and prejudicial interest in planning application WA/2005/0794, Item B.4, as he had an association with the medical practice which was moving to the site.
Mr A E B Taylor-Smith declared a personal and prejudicial interest in planning application WA/2005/0794, Item B.4, as his wife was a doctor with the medical practice that was moving to the site.

APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

RESOLVED that the applications for planning permission, as set out in the Schedule attached, be determined as shown in column 3 thereof.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.

ENFORCEMENT ACTION

RESOLVED that:-
(i) no further action be taken on 30 Coopers Rise, Godalming, item (o); and
(ii) the report be noted.
