        To protect the character and amenities of the area and to accord with Policies LO4, SE8, SE5 and SE4 of the Surrey Structure Plan 2004 and Policies C1, C3, RD14, HE8, D1 and D4 of the Waverley Borough Local Plan 2002.

    6. Condition
    Within two months of the date of this permission a closed circuit television camera system attached to a time lapse video recorder, or equivalent, shall be installed and maintained to record all traffic movements to and from the site and each video tape recording such movements shall be maintained for examination by the Local Planning Authority for a period not less than 30 days following completion of the tape.
    Reason
    To protect the character and amenities of the area and to accord with Policies LO4, SE8, SE5 and SE4 of the Surrey Structure Plan 2004 and Policies C1, C3, RD14, HE8, D1 and D4 of the Waverley Borough Local Plan 2002.
        7. Condition
        No vehicle with an axle weight of 7.5 tonnes or over shall be permitted to access the property at any time except in the case of emergency vehicles, including animal ambulance.
