The Minutes of the Meeting held on 10th January 2007 were duly confirmed and signed.

DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS
(Agenda Item 3)
Mr P B Isherwood declared a personal and prejudicial interest in application WA/2006/2758 (Agenda Item A.1), and withdrew from the Chamber during discussion on this application.

PLANNING ENFORCEMENT QUARTERLY REPORT (Agenda Item 6)
RESOLVED that the quarterly report on enforcement action taken be noted.

APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

RESOLVED that the applications for planning permission, as set out in the Schedule attached, be determined as shown in column 3 thereof.

SECTION 106 AGREEMENT – FARNHAM HOSPITAL SITE, HALE ROAD, FARNHAM
(See also application WA/2006/2731
in the Schedule attached)
RESOLVED that subject to the conditions, as set out in the agenda report and subject to the applicant entering into an appropriate supplemental legal agreement within 6 months (all costs including those of the Council to be borne by the applicant) to:
·
Commission and contribute £15,000 towards public art on site plus associated installation and maintenance costs, with the design to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority;
·
revise the affordable housing mix replacing three bedroom social rented flats with two bedroom social rented flats; and
·
contribute £53,600 towards off-site equipped play space before occupation of the 40th Open Market Unit
permission be GRANTED for application WA/2006/2731.
