National Non-Domestic Rates

1. The net cash collected in the financial year to 31st January 2005 was £26,363,942. When compared with a net collectable debit at 31st January 2005 of £27,670,136, this represents a collection rate of 95.28%. The comparable collection rate in the previous financial year was 94.99%.

Council Tax

2. The net cash collected in the financial year to 31st January 2005 was £58,353,741. When compared with a net collectable debit at 31st January 2005 of £61,315,275, this represents a collection rate of 95.17%. The comparable collection rate in the previous financial year was 95.08%.

That the report be noted.
