APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Your Sub-Committee has considered applications for planning permission as listed in the agenda for its meeting on 21st April 2004 and has dealt with these in accordance with the approved Scheme of Delegation.

PLANNING COMPLAINTS AND ENFORCEMENT UPDATE REPORT
Your Sub-Committee has received a report of the progress of the Planning Enforcement Service. It has welcomed the report and noted the significant increase in complaints and enforcement cases over recent years. The Sub-Committee’s comments will be conveyed to the Environment and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Committee and will inform its investigation into Development Control work.
