Your Sub-Committee has considered applications for planning permission, as listed in the agenda for its meeting on 3rd October 2001 and has dealt with these in accordance with the approved Scheme of Delegation.

B. OBJECTION TO TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 18/01 – TREES ON LAND TO THE REAR OF 16-28 CRANLEIGH MEAD, 28 AND 29 THE DRIVE, CRANLEIGH

Your Sub-Committee has considered an objection to the inclusion of one tree in a TPO for trees on land to the rear of 16-28 Cranleigh Mead and 28 and 29 The Drive, Cranleigh. It has agreed that Tree Preservation Order 18/01, applying to 8 individual trees and 1 group of trees, be confirmed without modification.
