ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
To elect a Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.
2.
ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN
To elect a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.
3.
MINUTES
To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18th December 2007 (to be laid on the table at 6.30 p.m.)
4.
APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To receive any apologies for absence.
5.
APPOINTMENT OF AREA PLANNING COMMITTEES
It is necessary at this meeting to appoint members to the four Area Planning Committees as follows:-
Area Planning Committee (Eastern) – 11 members
Area Planning Committee (Central) – 13 members
Area Planning Committee (Western) – 14 members
Area Planning Committee (Southern) – 10 members
Groups have been asked to submit the names of the members to fill their allocations on the Committees and these are set out at
Appendix A
. Any detailed updates, including any nominations for Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen, will be reported.
Recommendation
That the above mentioned Committees be constituted as indicated in Appendix A.
