Enforcement – The Packhouse, Tongham Road, Farnham
Your Committee has given consideration to an (Exempt) report on this matter and has:
(i) agreed that the matter be deferred until its meeting in January 2002 and that the officers advise the owner of the Packhouse of the Committee's instructions regarding implementation of previously approved modifications; and
(ii) instructed the officers regarding service of a Breach of Condition Notice in respect of land opposite the site.

Objection to Tree Preservation Order 18/01 – Trees on land to the rear of 16-28 Cranleigh Mead, 28 and 29 The Drive, Cranleigh
Your Committee has considered an objection to the inclusion of one tree in a TPO for trees on land to the 16-28 Cranleigh Mead and 28 and 29 The Drive, Cranleigh. It has agreed that Tree Preservation Order 18/01, applying to eight individual trees and one group of trees, be confirmed without modification.
