A. ANNUAL PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE – REQUEST FOR VARIATION OF HOURS – SPORTS 2000 BAR/NUMBER 28, GODALMING
[Wards Affected: All Godalming Wards]

A.1 Your Sub-Committee has considered a request for a variation of hours for the Sports 2000 Bar (now known as Number 28) in Godalming High Street from an 11.00 pm finish time (normal pub closing time) to midnight on Monday to Thursday nights.

A.2 Following representations from the applicant and Surrey Police, your Sub-Committee has agreed to an extension of the licence to midnight every Thursday only. The licensed hours for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights will remain at 11.00 pm.

B. APPLICATION FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE/PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER'S LICENCE
[Wards Affected: N/A]

Following consideration of an application for a hackney carriage/private hire driver's licence your Sub-Committee agreed to defer the application to enable further information to be submitted.
