EVALUATION MODEL FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT

1 THE EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

The evaluation of tenders for this contract have sought the most economically, and qualitatively advantageous tender for the Council. The assessment criteria and evaluation process has been completed in accordance with the Council’s approved Contract Procedure Rules. As set out in the Instructions for Tendering, the Waste Management Services Contract has been evaluated on the basis of a weighting of 50% Price and 50% Quality (maximum 500 points in relation to price plus a maximum 500 points in relation to quality).

2 QUALITY EVALUATION

50% (five hundred points) of the total score has been allocated in respect of the quality criteria together with the following weightings:

I. The level of resource in terms of skilled and unskilled operatives to be employed on the Service.
