To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 17th July 2001 (herewith).

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY AND OTHER INTERESTS
To receive from Members, in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting, disclosure of any pecuniary interests which are required to be disclosed by Section 94(1) of the Local Government Act 1972; and any personal non-pecuniary interests in such matters, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the National Code of Local Government Conduct.
To answer any questions received in accordance with Standing Order 12.

(a) To receive the report of the Meetings of the Executive Committee held on:-
(i) 24th July, 6th and 28th August and 18th September 2001 (herewith - coloured grey); and
(ii) 9th October 2001 –
(b) To receive the report of the Meetings of the Licensing Committee held on 30th July, 3rd September and 1st October 2001 (herewith – coloured brown).
(c) To receive the report of the meetings of the Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 6th August and 19th September 2001 (herewith - coloured blue).
(d) To receive the report of the meeting of the Community Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 10th September 2001 (herewith - coloured gold).
(e) To receive the report of the meeting of the Environment Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 11th September 2001 (herewith - coloured green).
(f) To receive the report of the meeting of the Development Control Committee held on 26th September 2001 (herewith – coloured yellow).
NOTICE OF MOTION
In accordance with Standing Order 9(1) the following notice of motion has been received from Mr J H Wootton:-
The Council deplores the decision of the Executive Committee to apply for the removal of Listed Building status of Brightwells House, Farnham, because:-
1. Local Plan Policy HE1 undertakes to protect the status of Listed Buildings and this policy is of overriding importance to the whole Borough; and
2. no attempt has been made to consult the local community or amenity organisations concerned with the historic environment before breaking Local Plan policy.
In accordance with Standing Order 9(4), the Leader of the Council considers that it would be convenient and conducive to the despatch of business to allow this motion to be dealt with at the meeting.
