PROPOSED AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - CRANLEIGH
[Ward Affected: Cranleigh East]
A Joint Meeting of the Corporate and Community Overview and Scrutiny Committees was held on 1st November 2001 when Members considered a report outlining proposals for an affordable housing development in Cranleigh and whether there was merit in taking the proposals further given the level of housing need in Cranleigh. The Joint Meeting was generally supportive of the proposals and its views were conveyed to the meeting of the Executive Committee on 13th November 2001.
