DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS
To receive from councillors declarations of personal and prejudicial interests in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct.
The following item was considered by the Executive at its meeting on 10th July 2007. Four councillors, identified below, have since requested that they would like to scrutinise the following decision taken at that meeting:-

MUSEUM OF FARNHAM GARDEN CLASSROOM

is the report which was considered by the Executive on 10th July 2007. As supporting background information, attached at
is an earlier report considered by the Executive on 9th November 2006. An explanatory note to assist the call-in discussion is currently being prepared by officers and
will follow as Appendix C
The decision of the Executive was as follows:-
RESOLVED that a grant of £25,000 from the 2007/8 Community Partnership Fund be earmarked as a contribution.
It is now for this Committee to review the decision taken and agree any observations. As a suggested framework, these observations could take one of the following broad forms:-
(a) to endorse the Executive's decision;
(b) to endorse the decision, but submit observations to the Executive on their original decision; or
(c) to propose an alternative course of action, which could be not to implement the original course of action.
EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following recommendation on the motion of the Chairman:-
That, pursuant to Procedure Rule 20, and in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during this item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section 100I of the Act) of the description specified in the appropriate paragraph(s) of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act (
to be identified, as necessary, at the meeting
