Leisure Centre Procurement Strategy | Council agreed in July to enter into a 15-year management contract to include basic refurbishment of Godalming and Farnham Sports Centres commencing July 2008, subject to satisfactory terms and conditions being agreed. Officers were also instructed to investigate the capital improvement options with DCL, focussing on those that could be delivered on a cost neutral basis (or better) and which facilities Members consider to be the highest priority and to report back to Council in due course | January 2008 | J Maskery |
