Apologies for absence were received from Mrs P M Frost. Mr J H Wootton and Mrs C Cockburn attended as substitutes.

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY AND OTHER INTERESTS
(Agenda Item 3)
Mr J H Wootton declared a non-pecuniary interest in Item B.3 (WA01/1873).
It was brought to the Sub-Committee’s attention that a member of the Council was the owner of the property where development was proposed. Although the member was not involved in the application for planning permission, it came to light that more than half of the Sub-Committee may have had a non-pecuniary interest in this item, and in accordance with Paragraph 17(a) of the National Code of Local Government Conduct, Members were entitled to participate in the discussion relating to application WA01/1873 and to vote thereon.

APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

RESOLVED that applications for planning permission, as set out in the Schedule attached, be determined as shown in column 3 thereof and that the decisions of the Director of Planning and Development, set out in Schedule C to the agenda, be noted.

OBJECTION TO TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 21/01 – TREE ON LAND TO THE REAR OF 9 MIDDLE AVENUE, FARNHAM
(Agenda Item 6)
RESOLVED that Tree Preservation Order 21/01, applying to one Douglas Fir on land to the rear of 9 Middle Avenue, Farnham NOT be confirmed.
