To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on 14th March and of the Joint Meeting held on 18th April 2006 (to be laid on the table half an hour before the meeting).

FORWARD WORK PROGRAMME

6.0 EXECUTIVE FOUR-MONTH ROLLING PROGRAMME

To receive, for information, the four month rolling programme of key decisions to be considered by the Executive at its meeting on 4th April 2006, attached as Appendix A, and to note the progress on items relevant to this Committee which are set out at Appendix B.

6.1 COMMITTEE WORK PROGRAMME: IN-DEPTH REVIEWS

Items included on the work programme for 2005/6 in-depth reviews are: -

i) Exploring current issues regarding mobile phone technology;
ii) Surrey County Council Highways Department input into development control decisions (below);
iii) Haslemere Museum (Reserve item); and
iv) Suggestions for 2006/07 in-depth reviews – members will shortly be invited to put forward proposals for areas to be reviewed in depth and the Committee will make its selection at its meeting on 20th June.


6.2 SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL HIGHWAYS DEPARTMENT INPUT INTO DEVELOPMENT CONTROL DECISIONS
