7. DRAFT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2004/05

The report attached at Appendix B puts forward proposals for the draft 2004/05 Capital Programme in respect of the General Fund services within the remit of this Committee. The views of the Committee are sought, particularly regarding schemes within the draft 2004/05 programme.

The purpose of the report attached at Appendix C is to seek the Committee’s views on the draft Revenue Estimates for the services within its remit.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Committee inform the Executive of its views on the draft Revenue Estimates for the Services within its remit.


9. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

That, pursuant to Procedure Rule 20, and in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during this item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section 100I of the Act) of the description specified in the appropriate paragraph(s) of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act (to be identified, as necessary, at the meeting).
