Planning Applications On-Line Enquiry System

How to search for planning applications
You can either display planning documents by searching or select one of the predefined lists.

When Searching (the default) is selected, you can filter the applications based on the criteria you specify.
The number of records found will be limited to the amount shown (20 by default) so people with slower internet connections can get a faster response.

Reference
eg 'WA/2004/102'
Putting a reference in this box will override all others as references are unique. The reference format is WA/YYYY/XXXX where YYYY is the 4 digit year and XXX is a 4 digit number. The search is, however, tolerant of various formats as long as the WA is included. eg wa/04/259 will find reference WA/2004/0259

Street
eg 'High Street'
This will find applications in a given street

Postcode
eg 'GU7 1HR'
This will find applications in a given post code. Please enter a full post code

AgentPutting data in this field will look only in the agent field. (An agent is an individual or firm which submits an application on behalf of an individual).

Other Text
eg 'kitchen' or 'garage'
Anything in this field will be found ANYWHERE in the record, so a large number of responses could result. Choose the number of results you wish to display per page from the drop down box.

If you just enter a post code and click FIND, all applications from a particular post code will result but you can combine criteria for a better match

Example

If you enter a post code and "loft" in the other text field, the search will find loft work in a particular post code
